I'm so grateful. If I can can read and write and have computer access to the virtual (and eclectic) wave sliding community, then I'm doing way better than 70% of the other bipeds sharing this spinning blob of brine called Earth - many of whom are more worried about landmines, "friendly fire" and safe drinking water, then whingeing about the size of the waves, the inability of kooks or the direction of the wind.
